Chardonnay sparkling wine | Brut nature
This dry sparkling wine was stored on the lees for 8 years before being disgorged (zero dosage). Initially there are hints of citrus, later ripe brioche notes open up, creamy and stimulating on the palate, appears dry and puristic.
