A noble red wine with character
The fifty-year-old vines are rooted in the deep, sandy loam of the Ried Tagner. As in the old days, the mash was traditionally fermented in an open container with daily punching and, after gentle pressing, it was then aged for 1 year in used oak barrels. Its delicate scent of cherries, the hints of fine herbal notes and its velvety-soft tannins make this Zweigelt a deep red wine.
