The flysch rock of the Bisamberg gives the wines an unmistakable character; they are spicy and harmonious in acidity and fruity consistency. Due to the Pannonian climate influences, the red wines show a pleasant fullness as well as ripe fruit notes.
The wines are typical of their origin and harmonize well with Viennese dishes. The shelf life is 2-5 years.
