Sparkling, stimulating, delicately fruity

The big difference between sparkling wine and frizzante lies in the production. While Frizzante is carbonated during bottling, our sparkling wine is aged on the lees for between 3 and 7 years (bottle fermentation using the traditional method). Before disgorging, the wine is shaken by hand.
