How many bottles would it make sense to order?
In order to ship wine in a shatter-proof manner, we pack it in high-quality wine-specific shipping boxes, which are available in sizes 1, 3, 6 or 12 bottles. If you order 7 bottles, 5 compartments will remain empty, which we will fill with transport material.

How quickly and from whom will I receive my package?
There are usually only 3 working days between order receipt and delivery within Austria and 5 working days within Germany.
We deliver within the Korneuburg region ourselves (select “local delivery”), all other deliveries are carried out by parcel delivery companies. If you have had bad experiences with GLS, you can also choose DPD (in Austria). Please inform us quickly about the desired parcel delivery company.

How do I pay?
You can pay using Shopify Payments or pay the bill by bank transfer. After the ordering process you will receive an invoice by email.

How do I find out when I receive the package?
Please enter your email address so that GLS can inform you one day before delivery by announcing a delivery time window (3 hours).

I want to make someone happy and give them wine!
Under Notes you can enter text for the greeting card.
In any case, please also provide the recipient's email address so that GLS will notify them of a delivery notification.
